Yesterday was the 2005 tournament.

So people, based on your batches your please post the respective results.

lost to 91 0-1
lost to KingTho A 0-3

The players were Myoi, Rais, Jawe, Iwe, Mooze and Jalud. Tak cukup players mati oooiiii main. :cry:

TC or John of 80's All Stars please confirm the score. Understand you guys went to the final and lost 1-4 (penalty kicks) after 2-2 to KingTho A.

My batch would like to propose that next year the grouping is done by weight, not by age.

We were all like 80 kg ++ minimum, lawan budak2 baru keluar koleq semalam. We "waddle", they run. We gasp, they breath.

Kena ikut class laaa, featherweight, heavyweight, obeseweight etc.

Baru fair.

Both Class of 94 A and B menang all games masa grouping, tapi kandas masa knock out. First team kalah ngan batch kampung (Class of 99), second team kalah ngan batch bandar pulak (Class of 2002)

Kata heavyweight tapi masih boleh jadi group champion. Heran nih. Korang intimidate the other players with your sizes ke?

Tak pe..next year batch 92 dah start main veteran's league..94 tunggu 3 tahun lagi.

Aisey man tiga tahun lagi, by then maybe dah boleh kena stroke.

I think they were intimidated by the size, and we were quite rowdy (under statement of the year).

I am sure they were thinking ni siamang mana pulak sesat ni....

we may not be the oldest in the open category but both team (96A & 96B) were drawn against younger sides. Again, we need more than 'angin' to overcome them!

won 2-1 against 97B
*emerged 2nd best in grup :wink:

were in q-final plate
draw 1-1 to 97D (won 2-0 on penalties) keeper was outstanding!

semi-final plate
lost 2-0 to 99B (this time totally no more 'angin')

lil unfortunate for the other team (96A)
couldnt manage to secure a place in cup/plate tie
lost to DC 98 (later became the cup champion)
draw against two other teams.

96A was drawn in the same group with DC98 (DC stands for "Defending Champions"), 03 and 99.

First game vs 03 - drew 2-2 after falling 2-0 behind
2nd game vs 98 - lost 2-0
3rd game vs 99 - same case dengan the first game - kena 2 bijik then kejar balik.

Our objective is to stay slim until boleh masuk veteran category. Just another 5 years to go...

Banyak la hang punya 80kg++ minimum... The combined weight of Kalai and Hairul could not be more than 100kg hehehe... Kalai still plays the way he played in 94, with all those fake shoots and 360 degrees turns. Pure entertainment.

game nih a bit unfair actually since batch 96 ada 5 setengah players, 97 ada 4 setengah.. bullet 50-50 between both batch.. hehe..

Well that's only Kalai and Hairul. Kau tak campur mamat2 yang triple the size, so when you average them out, dapat laa 80 kg++. Idzam Noor saja triple size aku ha ha ha (seronok kutuk orang).

Yes, Kalai still plays the way he did, and that's why kitorang kalah ha ha ha (marah Kalai kalau tahu ni).

I think the danger is that there'll be teams which will be able to just put 3 people in the goalmouth and prevent people from scoring

during the futsal, Jalud bumped into Corque looking for something and Jalud asked him, "Mencari apa?" and Corque answered [i'm not sure what la kan..] and Jalud said back to him, "..ooo, ingatkan Mencari Cinta" :D Actually Jalud was so tempted to ask him who won but... tak jadi la kot nanti habis semua orang tahu pulak before the sahow ended :)

Jalud became a saviour when he came in ganti Rais. Batch 91 main kasar and Rais had lost his cool by then. Another minute more rasa-rasanya Rais belasah mamat tuh.

Myoi,

as we know Jalud tu "mamat cool".. orang buat la macam mana pun, dia guarantee "stay cool" je.. Tapi, nasib jugak Rais tak belasah that guy.. else nanti jadi macam cerita 2 years ago.. cerita pasal mamat yang bergaduh ngan John tu :wink:
