last week saw the much awaited season 5 premiere around the globe (at least that's what i saw in the BT world). yes, Smallville the series has some pretty lame storyline, but the character building of Lex and Clark was the greatest of all other Superman shows.

yeah... Lois - the Sailor girl. but this episode is drawing away from Clark's powers (and other unnatural, magical beings too). i guess the writers decided to ditch the kryptonite side effects and witches idea, which is getting so lame.
season 5 saw the appearance of the 3 Krypton fugitives, led by General Zod (or Zartan, or Zoltan?? i didn't catch his name.) it's a very exciting storyline, at the moment.
even though i haven't been following smallville, but i know for sure that those three fugitives from krypton punya leader is general zod ("son of jor el, kneeeeeel before zod!" - from the second superman movie).
General Zord (?) in the series is far more intelligent than the one featured in the movie. he even has cool tricks and a helluva spaceship. apart from all Superman's powers, i think his powers resembles T2000 from the movie Terminator 2. hehe, can't get any better than that.
i saw smallville on tv3 last night, and noticed that they're showing the widescreen version. wow! has it been like that all this while?
and she might get a malay name if she marries one.....
