Feruz! You're a LAWYER?! Didn't know that till now! Oh my..another lawyer! Do you run your own firm?
Hi ezarin, are you a lawyer too? Which firm are you with? Yeah, I'm a partner with Azman, Wan Helmi & Associates
Re:Feruz ...
Hi Sheryl,
I used to work near your office. In City Square to be precise. But I've now joined up with an old friend in Taman Universiti in Skudai. Insyaallah, one of these days we can meet up for tea but I'm so bad dlm bab-bab meeting up ni only cos my office is no longer in the city centre and once I dah masuk opis ni sampai lewat petang like now and then I try to rush back home to make it a point to have dinner with my wife and daughter. After that, apa lagi, jadi mangsa tengok cartoon with my daughterlah. Sampai I nak ke atas surf the 'Net pun dia tak kasi.
Usually I have tea with friends in the morning after I finish Court and kalau habis lambat, I terus sambung lunch (that's the good thing about being a partner, our time is flexible sikit). I usually balik terus ke rumah kecuali kalau ada committee meetings or functions or any other programe with friends / colleagues / clients (usually they request for me to meet them outside the office). Anyway ... I digress and who wants to hear my boring life story anyway.
Seriously though, I am quite a fun-loving person (as my friends will probably tell you - help! anyone) and I still love ocassionally going out on the town - hanging out, listen to music, sembang-sembang, clubbing (yeah, believe it or not I love to dance although I don't drink) cuma biasalah sekarang kita kena kurangkan sikit - to show a good example.
So after all that long-windedness, what I wanted to say was sure nanti one day we do tea and maybe if I go out with friends you may like to join us. What type of things do you like to do (apart from tea)? My friends like to go to Bongo or Karaoke and once in a while we have a Johor Bar Committee dance (although have to say, this year's social sub-committee has been quite bad in organising events). Disco kat sini I tak berapa tau and jarang pegi cos most of them quite ah beng and ah lian.
Re:Feruz ...
Wife you pun lawyer ke Feruz? Saja nak tahu hehe. Ke dia macam Aida & moi = ahli kelab surirumah :)
Re:Feruz ...
Gawd ... I can't believe this. A whole topic dedicated to me. Heehee
CK, my wife was working before (she has a degree in Technology Management) tapi she quit to stay home and take care of my daughter. These days she freelances and when she's not working - yeah, she joins the homemakers club.
Re:Feruz ...
Feruz,
Now we know where do you work...... Which part of JB do you stay?
Re:Feruz ...
I'd be wary of putting the phrase "not working" and "homemaker" in the same sentence :D
Re:Feruz ...
Rizal,
I stay at Taman Bukit Mutiara - although I spend a lot of time at my parents in Bandar Baru Uda.
Re:Feruz ...
Well, your parents house is not far from mine, might come down next weekend..... I'll give you a call first, kalau jadi, maybe we can meet up :)
Re:Feruz ...
Hello feruz,
Yup, we can go out for tea, breakfast or lunch at anytime ok? juz keep me inform. Oic u r in way far from town now.. hehe.. i do go as far as skudai and tmn sutera to meet my clients too. Very far but biasalah buat bisnes kan? he he..
Well apart from going out for tea, clubbing here in jay bee? Not really lah.. as i know lotsa places are occupied with those ah bengs and ah lians! Went to D & P Plaza before with my collegues, alamak.. semuanye kaum diorang seh! But i kinda ;ike the pub called 'Stephanie' over there too. crowd dia quite ok also. Not bad..
wiil write to u more coz i'm going out for breakfast now.. ciao!
Re:Feruz ...
apart from that i also go for bowling at daiman. U know that place feruz? Clubbing not really here in jay bee.. been to NY, Cool Club, Bongo or juz lepak over a cup of coffee at newsroom, putri pan. singgah selalu sometimes ada gaks...
U selalu hang out kat mana? Or maybe if u happen to be in town during lunch hour, we can go to Taat House.. the food is quite nice too. Hv u tried before?
Re: Feruz ...
Well, I WAS a lawyer..in some small firm in KL laa..called Zainur Zakaria & Co. and was chambering with Skrine..it was just a brief stint for me in the legal fraternity..
Thank GOD now I am no longer in practise and now doing Public Relations and Communications in relation to human rights!!! yippeee
Re:Feruz ...
FERUZ is so popular now!!
i left the forum for less than 48 hours and there are so many postings to read, and this one specific topis on Feruz.
Perhaps I should also share some thoughts on this "topic" :)
To start with, Feruz is Feruz. The one and only. We were classmates, played the same ball, in the same society (not all, but one or two i can't really remember precisely) - but what I do remember we were in Enlish Language Society (was it called ELS or something else?) and the unforgettable memory was when we decided to stage a play. Feruz, being in Set A English class (we were to sit for a test when in Form 1 to determine the mastery of English Language so that we were placed in groups of Set A to Set E depending on the proficiency), was in charge of writing the script and directing the play. We had a few others to play the roles. Unfortunately, but not without anticipation, the play did not materialise and was never staged even though a few rehersals were done just for a mere reason that there were no one to carry the female roles. Thinking about it now, we could have been more creative in doing a play of only male characters. Well i suppose the writer (Feruz that was) were so into soaps like Dynasty and Dallas at that time. We were also in Japanese Language Society, but no, Feruz was not an office bearer, the president was Dr M, and there was King and Abu too.
As life writes itself, Feruz has been in and out of love, during and after college. Accepting as well as rejecting love. That was of course until he found Zalina. As most of many other collegians do (except me), Feruz went on to further his studies abroad in the UK and we lost contact for several years. It was only in 1996 that someone gave me his number that I was in contact with him again.
Perhaps some people are meant to be in our lives forever, when some others are just passing through. And as we grow older, as we continue to change with age, there is one thing that never changes, and that is the one called friendship. Because to me, it is the experience of growing up together, not only with Feruz, but with all the other 121 Arietans, that makes me feel completely alive, where every sense is heightened, every emotion magnified, because we know that even though we may not be near with each other, we have one thing in common - we are all left with memories that we treasure for the rest of our lives.
And here I dedicate to not only Feruz, but to all my friends regardless of which house they belonged to, which society they joined in, which class they studied in, which dorm they slept in, - the treasure inside for you to see is the treasure of friendship you've granted to me. It's the ball which is a circle, no beginning, no end, it keeps us together like our circle of friends, and now that the ball is in your hands, don't drop it.
Re:Feruz ...
Thanks for writing that down TAd, that really meant something to me.
Re:Feruz ...
Tad, Oh My God that's so touching! Thanks    Whenever I think of friendship I think of the film Beaches (not Bitches ok  ) starring Bette Midler and Barbara Hershey where the 2 friends really accept each other with all their faults and even though they may fight, their friendship never falters. That for me is true friendship.
By the way, it seems that I've been branded as being too "emotional" by some ppl. Well, I don't really think of myself as emotional. Rather I try to speak from the heart. I try not to be pretentious - what you see is what you get. I think (hope) that most ppl I know would say that how I am in the forum is how I am in person. Even when I was at school I don't think that I really cared whether I was popular or not (hope you guys agree with me). I try not to pretend to be someone I'm not or say something just because I think that's what they want to hear. After all, I'm a lawyer by profession not a PRO (Tad, you're a PRO too. Maybe you can teach me how to be less "emotional").
So I hope ppl can accept me and know that I too can accept you for who you are, so you don't have to pretend to be someone you're not either. As for what I write in this forum, most of it is in earnest, sometimes I say things just for a joke but, trust me, there's no malice.
Re:Feruz ...
Rizal, insyaallah kalau aku takde hal boleeee. BTW did you know that Syed Riyad also lives in BBU?
Re:Feruz ...
Hi Sheryl ... well it seems that you do keep pretty busy. I take it you go out with your housemates? Org bank juga ke?
Yeah ... like you I have to travel a lot - most clients like it when you bring the documents etc to them rather than them having to go to you - just that extra touch of service hehheh.
Bowling eh? I like bowling but I must admit that I'm a really crap bowler (really bad). Dulu masa kerja kat City Square, we all pegi bowling kat Komtar. Kat Angsana pun ada and of course, the original - Holiday Plaza. How come you selalu bowling kat Daiman? Dekat rumah you ke?
DNP Plaza disco supposed to be good tapi kat JB ni manalah ada disco yg trendy sgt mostly ah bengs and ah lians lah. NY Club and Bongo are about the best. Dulu we all selalu jugak ada Johor Bar Committee dance but this year's committee been quite bad - tak organise apapun. Kalau ada dance, you're welcome to join us.
Yeh...I've eaten at Taat House - not bad, the Penang food quite authentic tapi with my mom being from Penang, I'm actually quite spoilt with her delicious cooking - she makes the best Kari Ikan Nasi Kandar, Char Kway Teow, Prawn Mee Soup and Laksa Penang. So I ni always critical esp when it comes to Laksa Penang - I've never yet been able to find any that surpasses my mom's (sorry bukan angkat bakul ya) but Taat House's not bad. Talking about makan, I can recommend the best places in town to eat the following : nasi ayam, soto, mee rebus, kari laksa, satay, sotong kangkong, mee wantan, seafood etc. etc. etc. Maybe they're not upmarket or trendy but surely menjilat jari beb.
At the mo', I'm quite busy with work (esp these next few weeks - got one particularly big case to attend to) but, hey, keep in touch ok.
Re:Feruz ...
TAd,
having you said that, i guess you all the Arietans should know that i'm really glad you all are my frens :D [kalau tak, takkan i nak jadi events coordinator untuk you all  ] and i'm also glad that i'm married to an Arietans by the name of Jalud :D
Re:Feruz ...
Feruz,
why i always go to daiman bowl? I stay in pelangi indah, so it's quite a short drive frm my place to there. Nope, i dun hv any hosemates for time being.. always i go out with my collegues or my ex collegues.. not much friend here in jay bee.
sure, i'll be glad to join u guys if there's any dancing session so that i can put on my dancing shoes! i juz lurrve dancing lah...
Yeah, sure if u happen to be in town or whenever u r free jz let me know ok?
Btw feruz, is ur firm deal with our bank's customers? (juz wanna find out)
thks ya..
Re:Feruz ...
Tak takut ke duduk sorang? Maybe you're Independent Woman Part II?
Re:Feruz ...
Takut? Alah.. nanti mati pun sorang2 kan? Independent lak gaks.. hehe.. u nak jadik housemate i ker?
Re:Feruz ...
Rumah you ada Astro dengan island kitchen tak?
Re:Feruz ...

Re:Feruz ...
For the 1st time I finally read TAD's posting. First time dia tak merapu (sangat). Yeah dude, you really said it. Although we have our differences, we are still "Brothers In Arm" (read Dire Straits -1985). Look for it guys.
Re:Feruz ...
woohoo dire straits! why don't we all do the walk of life, to go see the sultans of swing? baru la boleh kata we got money for nothing, get your chicks for free.
anybody can say we got to install microwave ovens, custom kitchen delivery?
Re:Feruz ...
As far as i know, my firm is not on your panel (kalau nak masukkan boleh 'gak) :D tapi masa kat old firm biasa jugak buat OCBC documentation.
Re:Feruz ...
I just got house loan agreement charges from lawyer. IMHO, the miscellaneous charges are too much (printing RM40, photocopying RM40, etc etc), which I don't agree much.
Feruz, what you think? Can I dispute these? There are like 20 line items. What say you?
Re:Feruz ...
Jimy, let me have a breakdown of the bill and I'll advise you accordingly (msg me). Lawyer mana ni? Also, take note that kalau involve consent etc. kadang-kadang bill tu mmg mahal sikit tapi so far in my 10 yrs of practice tak pernah pulak jumpa total bill for RM100,000.00 house sampai RM10K ('cept maybe kalau 2 bills for SPA & Loan). As I said, depends on the situation.
Msg me, ok?
Re:Feruz ...
Ok will PM you. Btw, the total cost is less than RM2K, hehe, takde la RM1million house mcm Siti Nurhaliza tu. But just thought I'd like to dispute certain things :)
Re:Feruz ...
Had a mini mini or micro TT with feruz and Camus yesterday, Friday December 11, I came later.... so maybe tuan camus can furnish us with the details.... I'll post the photo on Monday.....
Re:Feruz ...
Gosh! I wasn't taking notes of what we discussed. Lupa langsung. I better get a portable keyboard.
Ferus met me at UTM Skudai as it was near his office at Taman Universiti. We then droved to Taman Uda and makan kat Remaja. I immediately called Rizal, and he popped by in a flash. Syed Riyad couldn't join us as he was already on his way back to KL. Called Adi Radlan, but the line was not too clear to have a conversation.
Feruz told us that his wife is a good friend of Doyok's wife since they were (or perhaps still is) working together at Johor Corp (the very company where Feruz met his other half). Chon-Chon is also in JB, but don't have his number.
Sapa lagi kat JB, huh? Next time kena plan for a proper get-together.
Re:Feruz ...
Camus... ramai jugak Kat JB!
By the way,,, what is Syed Riyad doing there?
Re:Feruz ...
Photos from Micro TT with Feruz.....
Re:Feruz ...
hmmm......just to inform, wife Doyok dah tak attached dgn dengan JC lagi. She took up the VSS. Anyway, kalau nak contact number rumah dia I ada.
Re:Feruz ...
     Can I just say this - those photos have got to be the WORST photos of myself I've ever seen!!!!!! In one, I look like a tortoise and the other my face looks like a labu!!!! My goodness, all I can say is GET THEM OFFFFF!!!!
Camus, whatever happened to all that technology. Airbrushlah sikit gambar tu.
Re:Feruz ...
Syed Riyad told me that he's in JB for the moment working on the Gerbang Perdana project. Met him a few times at the shop tapi tak sempat get together (probably)becos of bad timing. The times that MCOBA Johor did their monthly lunch or masa bulan puasa / raya open house pun Syed Riyad tak sempat dtg / balik KL.
Re:Feruz ...
Hey feruz... c'mon of coz i won't laugh at u although i dah kena gelak ngan jimy on the other topic tu.. huhu.. well, accidents does happen right?
hehehe... do post lah ur pics tu.. nak gaks tengok u.. mesti nice kan?
I juz bought one black velvet so called bell bottom from somerset bay yesterday.. that one for christmas collection. Nice tau!
Re:Feruz ...

Re:Feruz ...

Re:Feruz ...

Re:Feruz ...

Where's our pics in the TT ari tu? Kata nak post yesterday.. takde pun...
Re:Feruz ...
Rasanya besok...... tengah pening lepas baca topic horoscope...... and got finish a few things first.... :)
Re:Feruz ...
Sorry guys just testing this photobucket thingy to see whether it works.
Re:Feruz ...
wow feruz...gorgeous
Re:Feruz ...
Hmmm don't quite know what to make of that. I am ME ... warts and all. Take me or leave me for who I am ... both good and bad
Re:Feruz ...
Kich what do you mean by having trouble amalgamating bla bla... :)
do you mean to say that the face does not go in proportion with the body?
Re:Feruz ...
Hehheh thanks Tad how kind of you to say so.
Re:Feruz ...
yeah, that's exactly what i meant, TAd. pictures taken from different times of feruz's life, must be.
Re:Feruz ...
this is misleading :) feruz may want to clarify this disproportion issue to us
Re:Feruz ...
I don't have to clarify or justify anything. That is a picture of MY face not anyone else's (not Orlando Bloom or Heath Ledger or Brad Pitt) and the picture of me at the Gold Coast is ME at the Gold Coast not my face attached to someone else's body.
There's nothing to justify. If anyone wishes to see more pix of me I'll be glad to post more to show that it is me.
Re:Feruz ...
go on Feruz...post them post them
we want more
Re:Feruz ...
I know this has got nothing to do with the topic at hand ... but it does bring my topic back to the top.  :D
Courtesy of the 'Net, just in case anyone's wondering whether PGL is in the running for an Oscar.
Re:Feruz ...
Feruz,
Bila nak TT ni? Hv u moved into ur new office already?
Re:Feruz ...
Tak nampak pung kelibak Puteri Gunung Ledang.
Re:Feruz ...
Sapa puteri gunung ledang tu jimy? Gf baru you ker?
Re:Feruz ...
maybe tak nampak kelibat Puteri Gunung Ledang sebab clouded by Puteri Tujuh
Re:Feruz ...
Hahah good one sheryl!!!   :P Kita mintak maaflah banyak banyak for not yet going for tt with you. I have been busy (yeah yeah old story).
Yes I have moved to my new office - officially I join them as partner today. Not the firm in Public Bank Tower though but another one. Better package for sure and nearer to town although not exactly in town (Taman Tasek). Nantilah once I settled in bolehlah kita tt. Masalahnya I ni malas nak ke bandar kalau takde kerja. Tapi bila ada kerja pulak takde masa. (If you understand what I mean.)
Anyway, hope you decide to stay on in fair JB.

Tad,
Puteri Tujuh tu siapa? Bukan ulit mayang ke? Tuan Puteri kat Terengganu tulah kan?
Re:Feruz ...
U r in tmn tasek? Cool.. i hv a customer there... S M D Auto S/B if u happen to pass by the shoplots lah.
No prob, i can always make my way there to see u if i happen to be around that area. Hey, we are friends right? Hehehe..
Still deciding whether to saty put in jay bee or move to key ell for 2005.. might be looking for much better prospects in my career...
Offeres, yeah.. did received 2 good offeres so far... but have to think it very wisely. I dun want to feel regret by the end of the day... coz this is talking abt my life, my FUTURE...
Hey, do sms or call me whenever u r free ok?
Re:Feruz ...
Sheryl...from what I hear you are doing very well indeed at OCBC so why move? Having said that, it is ultimately your choice as you say your future so do what you feel is right for you. Yes, listen to ppl's advice but ultimately ask your own heart (and maybe your parents too) what you need to do. Whatever you decide, I'm 101% behind you, my friend. 8) :D
Nanti I look out for your client too. I pun baru je start at new place on Thursday. I think I made a right move because of better prospects remuneration-wise and career-wise but only Allah SWT knows and only time will tell. Kita hanya merancang tapi Allah yang menentukan, right? So far so good - kerja dah banyak. Belum apa-apa I dah ada a few full hearings - gabra pulak dah lama tak pergi court. By all means, kalau dtg kat Taman Tasek, do drop in. My firm's name is Faizul Hilmy & Chew. And yes, definitely we will get around to doing lunch so don't run off just yet ok?  :D
Re:Feruz ...
By the way, for those who have trouble amalgamating my face and body, here is a (rather) old photo of myself to amalgamate with my new photo. Well I think I still look the same (few more wrinkles maybe but that's it really). :? (Angkat bakul ni.)
Enjoy and amalgamate away.

Re:Feruz ...
Feruz,
ooooooo.. macam tu rupa you dulu :) as for myself, last Sunday i baru jumpa ex-classmate masa kat STF dulu after we never meet for more than 18 years and her comments was "you still look the same Rose" and i just admitted by saying "that's what i told whoever going to meet me for the first time after a loooonnnnnnggggg time" just that now badan dah berat dan grown side ways la kan..
Re:Feruz ...
wow, you sure look different in the two pictures, feruz. probably has a lot to do with the dress sense too hehe.
Re:Feruz ...
Plus a different hairstyle as well?? Ke I tersalah tengok? :P
Re:Feruz ...
Kichi ... whatever do you mean? Do you mean I have a better or worse dress sense now? Having said that, you must remember that ppl dressed differently back in 1992. Tu belum lagi I tunjuk gambar masa 80s with the big hairdo and carrot jeans. Not to mention those shirts ... ohhh! Those shirts! How could we have worn those????
I think Tad has some photos of me from the 80s kan Tad?
*************************************************************
CK ... I think masa tu I definitely had more hair plus I think these days the hairdos are more natural and minimalist. We don't use as much hairspray now as we did before kan? I'm sure you had the big hair too (a la Dynasty) masa 80s dulu kan?
Tapi all in all I don't think I've changed that much. I've definitely grown bigger although some ppl say I've lost weight since my daughter came along. More wrinkles for sure although I don't think I look that old for my age. I think I have a better dress sense now although I've always been a shirt and trousers person even since coleq. (I think many Arietans will confirm that I've always been thought of as a "square" and I've never been that trendy.)
Circa 1992 Tower of London
Heehee I think I've laid myself bare for ppl to scrutinise takut orang boring pulak. Orang lain taknak post gambar lama ke?
Ps - oh by the way you all perasan tak that in both pics I still carry my rucksack the same way.
Re:Feruz ...
more proof of me looking the same is when i met a junior from school yesterday. masa tu i nak masuk Toys R Us with kids when i was greeted by a lady who said "k.rose!!" and i was stunned for a moment before saying "yes" and suddenly remembered she's one of the best hockey player back in school during our time. she looks different now coz last time she's so tomboy-ish but now more lady like, hehehe
Re:Feruz ...
Feruz,
Rasanya masa school days dulu lagi gemuk kan?
Re:Feruz ...
Feruz,
Sure i'll drop by whenever i happen to be in tmn tasek area ya!
Yup, heard of ur firm before.. izzit under our panel or ad-hoc? Will check it out frm my side too. Can't wait to go for lunch with u as i'll eat more and more food till i drop! Hahahahaha... nice pics my friend!
Re:Feruz ...
Hehe, Feruz, yup, the hair spray, the big hair, the big earrings, the vest, the net stockings, the 3-inch makeup...what else...thank god, all pix from the '80s semua dah simpan taruk dalam store!!! Good riddance! :)
Re:Feruz ...
Feruz,
Sometimes i'm thinking of going bck to uni.. err.. maybe doing my 2nd degree or whtsoever lah. Still rasa regret as i didn't do mass communication, majoring in advertising way back in 1997. Duh...
Re:Feruz ...
feruz, neither good nor bad. your dress sense is rather neutral. but of course, the 80s were just about the worst in recent fashion history. however, i've been reading (and seeing) about a recent comeback from the 80s. one of the most obvious would be the off-shoulder tops.
Re:Feruz ...
CK,
Go on postlah your vintage pix. I'm sure you looked the part.   Dynasty babes - they were fabulous.
Kichi,
I'm sure now you say that the 80s are the worst decade in fashion but I remember masa I nak pergi UK in 1990 and being the avid follower of fashion (cewah!) I pun pakai a very colourful 70s tie yg besar (which was just starting to make a comeback) and I got ridiculed by the other Msians yg naik plane tu yg semua pakai the thin streamline tie so obviously they thought the 80s look was good. And remember masa tu ppl said the 70s was the worst decade in fashion and ridiculed the bell bottoms, colourful shirts and ties etc. so obviously the 80s fashion will make a comeback one day & you'll be forced to wear it heehee.
Dileque,
Thanks for saying I look thinner now.
Re:Feruz ...
Would love to take a look at those photos again Feruz, unfortunately they are buried deep in the boxes in the store at our KL apartment. To wade thru the boxes (some of which, btw, remain unopened since I got back from the States in '95!!!), memang tak kuasa! So, sorrylah ye, tak dapat la post the vintage pix :)
Re:Feruz ...
Wah, feruz...... sekarang with you posting tak payah you tolak balik your topic back on top. Other people will do it for you :D , so, keep on posting the photos.
Re:Feruz ...
Heehee teruk kan aku ni? Website ni dah jadi macam my personal photo album for me to post all my photos (not to mention photos of ppl that I like macam Kylie and Marg). Tak kasi can langsung orang lain. Nanti one day I nak post photos of my daughter Farah Aaliyah pulak heehee (boring je nanti org lain).
*************************************************************
Sheryl,
I think mmg my firm buat some work for your bank. Macam ni nanti I kena gi marketing for work kat situ pulak (heehee). We need more banking litigation work.
In answer to your question, I rasa you should pursue your dream to do mass comm if that's what you want. I pun dulu went back to the UK with the intention to do an MBA but decided to do Media Studies instead.
But if what you want is just a career on telly etc. I don't think you need to have qualifications for that. All it takes is the opening. Tengoklah quite a number of ppl on tv bukannya grad mass comm but other majors (eg Zalina Azman or Bettina Chua Abdullah). The trick is to be diligent - attend as many auditions as possible (berlakun ke, hosting ke or even reality programmes), talk to ppl in the industry (like Tad) and try to get them to inform you of any opportunities. And of course, you also need an understanding boss who will allow you to take time off for them.
Heehee naik ke atas balik topic ni.
Re:Feruz ...
{Psycho theme} ching! ching! ching! I said I'd be back with some photos of my daughter Farah Aaliyah and true to my narcissistic words I'm back. These pics are rather outdated. I happened to have them lying around in my PC. They're about 1-2 years old.
This was taken with my webcam. Her confused look was because she saw herself on screen. Quite old pic (she was about 1 yr plus).
Ni masa Raya the year before
She loves that outfit but sadly dah tak muat.
That dress was sent over my her auntie Farah Aida from Wales (also dah tak muat)
BTW just in case anyone was wondering, I did kind of have the late singer Aaliyah in mind when choosing the name. Aaliyah was just so beautiful and she was a kind person (according to others) but I also thought that the name Farah Aaliyah just rolls of the tongue beautifully and when I consulted the Ustaz apparently Farah Aaliyah had a good meaning which meant "kegiranganku yang tinggi" (and he even said I had the spelling for Aaliyah correct [for the Arabic pronounciation]).
Re:Feruz ...
Comelnyaaaa rambut diaaaaa....
Hmm.. my son has curly hair but my daughter have straight hair..... kalau dua dua ada curly hair takpe jugak!!
Re:Feruz ...
Heehee thanks, Aida. Teruk juga nak maintain rambut dia so that tak kusut but curly macam ringlets. So far belum potong lagi rambut dia (dah quite panjang jugak) - nanti I post recent photos dia.
Postlah gambar anak-anak you. Boleh kita tengok.
Re:Feruz ...
Feruz, a tip to take kids' photos: squat down to their height so that they don't look too dwarfed. :)
Re:Feruz ...
Curly hair is nice. I think Aaliyah nampak macam iras2 penyanyi Ezlynn tu sikit, curly hair also.
One daughter aje ke so far Feruz?
Re:Feruz ...
Thanks for the tip Camus although I don't think I'm a squatting person. Will try it out though.
Jimy,
Memang ada plan nak tambah insyaallah. Ayooo jgnlah cakap Aaliyah macam artis. Dahlah bab-bab menyanyi and berlakun tu mmg pandai betul. Kalau script cartoons kat certoon network and playhouse disney channel tu dah hafal dah. Re:Feruz ...
Heheh, Feruz. Sama la Aaliyah ngan si Yasmin hehe. Ni pun dia merajuk with me coz' I took over the TV channel (to watch Anugerah Juara Lagu Final), she's upset pasal tak leh tengok Playhouse Disney channel. Saja I menyakat dia, heheh.
Re:Feruz ...

Re abt marketing, yup.. sure u can come to my office at any time convenient to u. But pls gimme a call first laa, as i'm afraid i might be out to see customer or something kan. Hope to work with u int he future.. well bankers need lawyers and lawyers need bankers too, am i right?
Re mass comm, i tried to go as many auditions as i can lah. So far all the auditions are in key ell. Weekends boleh laa. Hopefully, i can do more acting in 2005. I tgh tunggu TAd answer for any auditon coming out frm his projects. Hopefully ada chance laa... i dun mind trying.. and hopefully my boss won't mind me doing this kinda thingy also..
Re:Feruz ...
OK lah Feruz, kalau boleh jangan jadi artis, tapi setakat menyanyi freelance nak hiburkan hati ibu bapa, apa salahnya. Cute je dengar budak2 nyanyi.
Alah CK, tak rugi kalau miss Anugerah Juara Lagu semalam, not just the result la, but I think the hosting was poor (no real chemistry Sarimah-Najib vs last year's Sarimah-Aznil), also the introduction persembahan was subpar (kononnya nak bertemakan alam sangat).
Re:Feruz ...
Hehehe post gambo tu susah sikit la...how about I change my avatar once in a while. Hehehe...
Re:Feruz ...
Agree with u AJL was sooo BAd, especially the result! Peh...
Re:Feruz ...
Heehee. How old is Yasmin? (I think hari tu you dah cakap tapi I tak ingat pulak.) Aaliyah ada trick utk suruh I tukar samada dia kata, "Daddy, sit down!!!!" atau dia kiss I banyak kali sampai I can't say no. Kalau dia tgh tengok Cartoon Network or PHDC, dia siap tak bagi I tidur suruh tgk dgn dia. "Daddy wake up, nanti [whatever she's watching now] habis!!!!"
Sheryl, good luck with your career in the arts.
BTW, AJL last night was really crappy. Pls pls pls pls come back Siti Nurhaliza.
Re:Feruz ...
She'll be 3 years old this coming 02/02. How time flies :) Want to post some photos of her but now too mengantuk la, after tengok Golden Globe Awards. Nantilah bila senang and ada mood, I'll post some ok?

Re:Feruz ...
02/02, senang jugak hafal birthday tu kan? Nanti dia kahwin pun, get some fancy number for the wedding date, say, 12/12/12? HEHE
Re:Feruz ...
