Alah, the kissing scene was done in subdued lighting (well, who wouldn't!) - I'm sure Desperate Housewives will be shown in Msia with minimal censorship la. Comparing to Sex And The City, this show is more mellow, takde la banyak profanity pun, and even less sexual scenes. The more important thing is the story that they are portraying about typical American family (American Beauty is a good example of that).

Well, it was a pool party, outdoor, quite dark ler, plus 2 male kissing, they can't show it that explicitly, now can they? hehe

yup, i very much agree with you, feisal. that's why there should be an overhaul of the censorship board. currently, they're all made up of old fogies, from what i read in the papers. kononnya, these people have the experience necessary for the job, from their years of service in the government.

sure, they may have the experience, but they may not necessarily be in tune with what's happening in society these days. hence, the inconsistent censoring (anita sarawak comes to mind).

i didnt read any rumors whatsoever. jarang baca the show's news report, fearing i would read some giveaway of the storyline. (yes, a reality TV mentality still at work in a drama TV)

if anything, Desperate Housewives is salvaging the lethargic advertisement income for the ABC network, the TV station cannot do without her. it'll be something like NBC's Friends where each of the main cast was demanding $1 million per show.

i only watched until ep.12, i liked the way they bind the whole thing at the end. it's a good show, i must admit.

i think susan is VERY similar to most of drew barrymore's characters in her movies. the bad luck, the voice and the personality..

las vegas tuh, eye candies: check. but storyline dia nil. not interesting. nada. i stopped watching the series halfway through the 1st season.

desperate houwives, eye candies: check (although semua dah above 40). storyline best? check. dark humor? check. wit? check. so perfect one maa.

LV is ok, but i don't watch so much now. my situation is the same as Rose. love NCIS, than LV. both shows has comedy elements in serious situations.
